Terms of Use
Rocket Play Casino — Effective Date: 2026
1. The Operator and the Licence
Rocket Play Casino is operated under a licence issued by the Government of Curaçao (GCB). This licence authorises the provision of interactive gambling services to eligible players, including Australian residents. The fact that Rocket Play Casino holds a Curaçao licence and not an Australian state or territory licence is a material fact: the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth) prohibits Australian-licensed operators from providing certain online casino-style games to Australian residents. Players participate at their own discretion and accept full responsibility for confirming the legal status of online gambling in their jurisdiction.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account with Rocket Play Casino. Registration constitutes a declaration that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time, including government-issued photo identification. Accounts found to belong to minors will be suspended immediately, all funds will be held pending investigation and we will report the matter as required under our AML/CTF obligations.
You must also not be registered on BetStop, the National Self-Exclusion Register. By creating an account, you confirm you are not a registered BetStop participant. If you register with BetStop after opening an account, it is your responsibility to notify us at [email protected] immediately. We check BetStop at the point of registration and may conduct subsequent checks.
3. Account Registration
One account per person, per household and per device is permitted. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bonus restrictions, verification requirements or account suspensions is treated as fraud. Rocket Play Casino may close all accounts associated with the same individual and withhold any funds pending AML review if multiple accounts are identified.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password. Rocket Play Casino is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the cause is your failure to secure your credentials. Report suspected unauthorised access to [email protected] within 24 hours of discovery.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits are processed through approved payment methods listed on the cashier page. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per method and are displayed at the time of transaction. Rocket Play Casino does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply fees independently. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmed receipt.
Withdrawals require identity verification to be complete. Where verification is pending, withdrawal requests will be queued until documentation is approved. Withdrawal processing times vary by method: e-wallets typically process within 24 hours; bank transfers may take three to five business days. Rocket Play Casino may request additional source-of-funds documentation for withdrawals exceeding AUD 5,000 in a 30-day period, consistent with AUSTRAC obligations.
Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for deposit, unless that method does not support withdrawals, in which case an alternative verified method will be arranged. This restriction exists as an AML control — it is not discretionary.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
Bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits and maximum withdrawal caps. Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus must be played through before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable. Read each promotion’s specific terms before accepting — general terms do not override promotion-specific terms.
Rocket Play Casino reserves the right to cancel bonus offers at any time prior to the bonus being credited. Once credited, bonus funds will not be removed unless evidence of abuse — including but not limited to collusion, arbitrage betting patterns or use of multiple accounts — is detected. Misuse of bonuses results in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
6. Responsible Gambling
Rocket Play Casino operates in accordance with the National Consumer Protection Framework for Online Wagering. You may set deposit limits, session time reminders and cooling-off periods through the Responsible Gambling section of your account settings. These tools take effect immediately. Limit increases do not take effect until 30 days after the request — this delay is mandatory under the Framework.
Self-exclusion from Rocket Play Casino alone does not exclude you from other gambling services. For comprehensive self-exclusion across all Australian-facing wagering operators, register with BetStop at www.betstop.gov.au. Rocket Play Casino will not contact self-excluded players with marketing material. If you have concerns about your gambling, contact the Gambling Help Online service at 1800 858 858.
7. Game Rules and Fairness
All games available on Rocket Play Casino use certified random number generators (RNGs). Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published for each game and represent theoretical long-run averages, not guaranteed session outcomes. Individual session results can deviate substantially from published RTPs. Technical malfunctions void all affected game rounds and wagers are refunded. Rocket Play Casino makes no representation that any particular game outcome can be predicted or influenced by player strategy in games of pure chance.
8. Prohibited Activities
The following are prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and referral to relevant authorities: use of automated software or bots to play games; exploitation of software errors or malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage; collusion between players in multiplayer game formats; placement of wagers designed to guarantee profit irrespective of outcome (arbitrage); use of payment methods belonging to third parties; and provision of false identity information during registration or verification.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Rocket Play Casino platform — including game titles, graphics, logos, software code and text — is the property of Rocket Play Casino or its licencors and is protected under Australian copyright law and international intellectual property conventions. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use of any platform content without written authorisation is prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
Rocket Play Casino is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures outside our control, payment processing delays or losses resulting from your own decisions made while using the service. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rocket Play Casino’s aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount deposited by you in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not affect liability for fraud, personal injury or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Curaçao, as the jurisdiction of the Operator’s licence. Disputes arising from use of the platform that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process may be referred to the GCB’s dispute resolution mechanism. Australian Consumer Law protections that cannot be waived by contract remain unaffected.
12. Amendments
Rocket Play Casino may amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email to your registered address at least 14 days before the effective date. Continued use of the platform after the amendment date constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept amended terms, close your account by contacting [email protected] before the effective date and withdraw your remaining balance.
13. Contact and Complaints
Customer support and complaint submissions: [email protected] . We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 14 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved internally, you may escalate to the GCB dispute resolution body as specified in our licence conditions.
